- She works as an independent management consultant, trainer and coach in Central and Eastern Europe, with focus on Austria and Romania.
- She is a partner of Hernstein Institut on Management and Leadership Training Programs and of Primas Consulting on Project Management. Also she is a partner of Actual Consulting, Romania in areas of Management Assessment Centers.
- Previously she worked for over 10 years with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Bucharest, Frankfurt and Vienna in international projects - from Hong Kong to South Africa but mainly in Europe - on top management issues.
- Nicoleta is Romanian national and lives in Vienna with her husband and two daughters.
